Funding PRIORITIES
The Sarlo Family Foundation primarily supports organizations based in and/or serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are also open to opportunities informing and driving change at the regional, state, and national level. We prioritize support to organizations that:
Are youth-led and/or youth-informed
Take a whole-child, connection-based approach
Represent and have deep, demonstrated understanding of the communities they serve
Focus on systemic improvement and multi-sector approaches
Are working upstream with the goal of prevention & early intervention
Have strong, flexible, goal-oriented leadership
